Synopsis
A BT incident at the Faraday exchange has caused a substantial number of DSL sessions to disconnect from the network and are now re-connecting.

Affecting
Broadband end users.

Advice to affected users
This outage is linked to a BT incident at the Faraday exchange and we are investigating with our supplier.

Sessions are re-deploying and at 11:45 we had recovered 30,000 sessions and can see this number continue to rise.


We apologise for any inconvenience caused and are committed to improving the network for our customers.
